Born and raised in Carlsbad, NM, Judy moved to Farmington in 2019.  She began working in the field of mental health 28 years ago providing services in schools, jails, nursing homes, an adolescent treatment center, and private practice in Southeast New Mexico.  Services have been provided to children (even as young as 4), adolescents, as well as adults.

Judy is driven to do her part in making the Four Corners area a better place. Since 1995, she has taken part in a wide range of activities that empower individuals and communities.
